GPU Expansion

 

Helldyne is developing interface electronics to allow a room temperature FPGA based host to communicate with a custom circuitry operating at 4 degrees Kelvin. Helldyne engineers are designing a test interface and scan architecture to allow the 4 Kelvin device to scale to a multi-chip module and operate with a 10 GHHz power source. The logic family is based on Reciprocal Quantum Logic (RQL).
