Helldyne has delivered test equipment for the cardiac monitoring market. Muliple companies have used Helldyne expertise to implement, prototype, and manufacture complete test system which support 100% functional test of cardiac monitoring devices. These test stations interface to a PC via high speed USB 2.0, and support a myriad of tests, including 10nA resolution current metering, 300nV per bit resolution signal injection for Cardiac emulation, high speed SPI unloading for downloading up to a weeks worth of cardiac waveforms in under 30 seconds.
Helldyne developed all the firmware running on the microcontroller, including a custom USB driver to port the Keil RTX real time operating system to a new USB peripheral that was not supported by the microcontroller vendor nor Keil.
